Proppy will only use your personal data for:
  • - Cookies and pixels - to maintain and improve our website and our application and to include personal data in statistics based on your express and prior consent;
  • - Supplier data - manage your account on our website and for the delivery and billing of the services you have ordered, on the legal basis of the need to perform a contract you have requested and to be able to keep our accounts, the legal basis is a legal obligation;
  • - Data from buyers, sellers, tenants, landlords, policyholders, mortgagees, etc. - to be able to generate leads as a subcontractor on behalf of our clients, to collect contact details on our own initiative as a subcontractor and then pass them on to third parties and for the provision of the services you have requested, with your express and prior consent as the legal basis.
  • - Property data, including properties for sale, offered to rent, sold, or properties open for bids- the proper functioning of the online calculator, to estimate the value of a property and to enable real estate agents to export competitive market reports with data on their sold houses and those of other real estate agents, with the explicit and prior consent as a legal basis; For clarity, the data for the competitive market reports is only released to other brokers if the broker so wishes.
  • - Supplier details - send you a quote request, place an order, pay your invoices and communicate with you, on the legal basis of the need to perform a contract and to keep our accounting records, where the legal basis is a legal obligation;
  • - Communication data- to answer the question you have asked based on your express and prior online consent and our legitimate interest in contacting you by telephone.

Direct marketing:

We also use your personal data for direct marketing, newsletters, promotions and promotions, with the legal basis being our legitimate interest in existing customers, or your express prior consent in all other cases.

If you no longer wish to receive such messages and we stop processing your personal data for direct marketing purposes, you can do this free of charge and without giving any reason by clicking on the link in all our mailings or contact us directly via email or telephone.

3.1Real estate agents rely on Proppy as a third-party service provider to get in touch with customers and have the property value calculated by the calculator. In that case, Proppy is a processor within the meaning of the GDPR and will only process your personal data in accordance with the instructions of the brokers.

Proppy may share your personal data with:
  • - government authorities, courts and police forces pursuant to a court order or to comply with other mandatory laws or regulations,
  • - Financial Institutions,
  • - the accountant
  • - brokers who have a subscription to Proppy
  • - payment services, in particular PayPal
  • - external service providers, in particular Hubspot, Chargebee, Quickbooks, Supermetrics, Zoho, Google, Zapier, Hotjar, and Facebook.

Proppy regularly uses third parties who store personal data outside the European Economic Area. We take all possible measures to ensure the security of your personal data and we require these third parties to treat your material data as securely as we do ourselves:
  • • Zoho (United States) has a group trading agreement based on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses,
  • • within the Paypal group there are binding corporate rules,
  • • Proppy has concluded a processing agreement with each freelancer (India) based on the standard contractual provisions of the European Commission,
  • • based on the standard contractual clauses of the European Commission
  • • A processing agreement has been concluded with Facebook (United States) on the basis of the standard contractual provisions of the European Commission.
  • • A processing agreement has been concluded with Hubspot (United States) on the basis of the standard contractual provisions of the European Commission.
  • • A processing agreement has been concluded with Chargebee (United States) on the basis of standard contractual provisions of the European Commission.
  • • A processing agreement has been concluded with Quickbooks (United States) on the basis of the standard contractual provisions of the European Commission.
3.4If we cease our activities or transfer them to someone else, for example because we go bankrupt or sell our company, this may mean that your personal data is passed on to third parties who take over our company in whole or in part. In this case, we will always inform you in advance if possible, but you understand that this will not always be technically or commercially possible.
Article 4 - Duration of processing

We keep your personal data for as long as necessary, in accordance with the purposes of the processing and legal requirements:

  • - Customer data is kept for the duration of the relationship with this customer and a maximum of five years thereafter. Due to legal obligations, we keep certain accounting data for ten years;
